Return Policy

  1. If customers return an item to us without any rational reason, we reserve the right to forfeit part of the payment, as an administration expense.
  2. if customers can not provide evidence to prove that item is manufacture defect or damage, we can not accept the return request.
  3. If there are defective parts or missing parts, please email us at within 3 days after you received your item. 
  4. We DO NOT accept USED items or items with artificial damage to be returned.
  5. Any returned item must be complete without parts or accessories being taken away intentionally.
  6. Item must be dispatched within 7 days after we accept the return request
  7. If we accept customers' return request, customers are required to pay return shipping fee in advance. After we receive the returned item, we will send customers a full refund plus return shipping fee.
  8. If you prefer Expedited shipping when returning an item, you are required to pay the difference between Expedited and Regular shipping.
  9. Customers should email us at to provide a shipping receipt with the actual shipping fee shown on it.
  10. We are not responsible for any returned item loss in transit.
  11. Any returned item must come with a valid tracking number.
  12. If customers ask to return defective parts or accessories for replacement, we could offer to help if the product's manufacturer is still offering replacement services for the item.
  13. For items that were released over a period of time, we may not be able to offer replacement, in which case a return request will be accepted if the item has manufacture defect or damage.
